Cancellation and No-Show Policy:
A. A full refund is provided with at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation.
B. Full refunds are also issued if a trip is cancelled by the operator due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
C. No refunds are issued for no-shows UNDER ANY circumstances.
D. Cancellations must be made by phone or email.
E. Full Day BBQ trips (private and group) require 48 hours’ notice for cancellation.
F. For Full Day BBQ bookings made with a deposit fee, the deposit fee is non-refundable within 48 hours of the scheduled trip.
Deposit fee rules:
A. For reservations made with a deposit fee, a payment link for the remaining balance will be sent within one week of your trip date.
B. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your reservation, and the deposit fee will not be refunded.
C. Cancellations for all bookings made with a deposit fee require at least 48 hours’ notice. The deposit fee is non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the trip.
D. Full Day BBQ trips (private and group) follow the same 48-hour cancellation policy, and the deposit fee is non-refundable within 48 hours.
E. If Island Vibes Tours cancels due to inclement weather, unsafe conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, guests may reschedule or receive a full refund.
We provide complimentary beach pickups at select locations along Grace Bay Beach, weather permitting. If the weather doesn’t permit a safe and enjoyable tour, we will do our best to reschedule your tour based on your length of stay and our availability.
