Cancellation, No-Show, Deposit Fee and Amenity Policies:
A. Full Day BBQ trips, 3/4 day trips, and all deposit-based bookings (with a remaining balance) require 48 hours notice for cancellation.
B. All other bookings require 24 hours notice for a full refund.
C. No refunds for no-shows UNDER ANY circumstances.
D. Deposit bookings must be paid in full prior to the trip. Failure to pay may result in cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit. Deposits are non-refundable within 48 hours of the scheduled trip.
E. If Island Vibes Tours cancels due to weather, unsafe conditions, or unforeseen circumstances, guests may reschedule or receive a full refund.
F. For private bookings with BERTHA or MULTIPLE vessels – cancellation policy is 7 days
G. If Island Vibes Tours is operating as scheduled and a guest cancels the day of the trip, pre-purchased food and custom amenities are NOT refundable, as everything is freshly prepared in advance of the trip.
We provide complimentary beach pickups at select locations along Grace Bay Beach, weather permitting. If the weather doesn’t permit a safe and enjoyable tour, we will do our best to reschedule your tour based on your length of stay and our availability.
