Cancellation, No-Show Policy, and Deposit Fee Policy:
A. Full Day BBQ trips, 3/4 day trips, and all deposit-based bookings (with a remaining balance) require 48 hours notice for cancellation.
B. All other bookings require 24 hours notice for a full refund.
C. No refunds for no-shows UNDER ANY circumstances.
D. Cancellations must be made by phone or email.
E. For deposit bookings, the remaining balance must be paid before the trip. Failure to pay may result in cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit as deposit fees are non-refundable within 48 hours of the scheduled trip.
F. If Island Vibes Tours cancels due to weather, unsafe conditions, or unforeseen circumstances, guests may reschedule or receive a full refund.
We provide complimentary beach pickups at select locations along Grace Bay Beach, weather permitting. If the weather doesn’t permit a safe and enjoyable tour, we will do our best to reschedule your tour based on your length of stay and our availability.
