Cancellation, No-Show Policy, and Deposit Fee Policy:
A. A full refund is provided with at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation.
B. Full Day BBQ trips (private and group) require 48 hours’ notice for cancellation.
C. No refunds for no-shows UNDER ANY circumstances.
D. All cancellations must be made by phone or email.
E. Some bookings require a deposit fee to secure the reservation.
F. For deposit-based bookings, the remaining balance must be paid before the trip. Failure to do so may result in cancellation, and the deposit fee will not be refunded.
G. Deposit fees are non-refundable within 48 hours of the scheduled trip, including Full Day BBQ trips.
H. If Island Vibes Tours cancels due to weather, unsafe conditions, or unforeseen circumstances, guests may reschedule or receive a full refund.
We provide complimentary beach pickups at select locations along Grace Bay Beach, weather permitting. If the weather doesn’t permit a safe and enjoyable tour, we will do our best to reschedule your tour based on your length of stay and our availability.
