Cancellation and Booking Policies:
A. Half-day group tours require 24 hours notice for a full refund.
B. All other bookings require 48 hours notice for a full refund, including full-day group tours and all private tours (Half-Day, 3/4-Day, Full-Day, Sunset on BossBabe, Hakuna Matata, Catamaran, Premium Catamaran, and Parasail).
C. Signature Premium and multi-vessel private charters require 7 days notice for a full refund, deposits are non-refundable within 7 days.
D. No refunds will be issued for no-shows under any circumstances.
E. Deposit bookings must be paid in full before the tour. Failure to pay may result in cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit. Deposits become non-refundable within 48 hours of the scheduled tour.
F. If Island Vibes Tours cancels due to weather, unsafe conditions, or unforeseen circumstances, guests may reschedule or receive a full refund.
G. If Island Vibes Tours is operating as scheduled and a guest cancels on the day of the tour due to illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, pre-purchased food and custom amenities are non-refundable, as they are prepared in advance.
H. Private tours: Our tours operate on the North Side, and fuel for our standard routes is included. Most custom itineraries do not require a fuel surcharge. However, trips that require significantly more travel such as certain destinations on the East Side, West Side, or South Side, or extended trip durations may incur an additional fuel charge. Any applicable up-charges will be discussed and agreed upon before your tour with our office or, if requested during your trip, with the crew onboard. Any agreed-upon up-charges are non-refundable.
We provide complimentary beach pickups at select locations along Grace Bay Beach, weather permitting. If the weather doesn’t permit a safe and enjoyable tour, we will do our best to reschedule your tour based on your length of stay and our availability.
