Disclaimer & Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend your scheduled tour with us please give 48 hours advance notice to ensure that you will not be charged for your tour. If less than 48 hours notice is given you will be billed for 50% of your tour cost. If less than 24 hours notice is given you will be billed for 100% of your tour cost.

We also provide complimentary beach pickups at Grace Bay Beach weather permitting, otherwise we provide complimentary pick up and drop off shuttle service. If the weather doesn’t permit a safe and enjoyable tour, we reschedule or refund your deposit.
